Day 1 back to the gym

I took a month off of the gym recently

As a personal trainer and former athlete … this has never happened outside of an injury

I recently experienced some big losses.

Two miscarriages ( the most recent took me out )

And my aunt dying …

And i felt overwhelmed. Each day felt debilitating.

I could just barely get through my work days

But I’m

Officially finding my light again.

It feels good to be back
