I like doing a 5 minute grounding meditation before checking my phone in the morning or throughout the day as needed.
3. Eat a balanced breakfast to fuel your body for the day
I recommend eggs and sautéed veggies, a protein smoothie, or oatmeal :)
4. Spend time outdoors to get fresh air and natural sunlight
I love going for a 15-20 minute walk in the park or by the beach in the mornings!
5. practice gratitude by writing down things you’re grateful for everyday
I recommend keeping a gratitude journal by your bedside for this :)
