Let’s be honest: It’s sweater weather, and while we love a cozy knit, we’re still here for that snatched waist. So, here’s what we’re doing:

Fasting (16:8 Method): Stop eating at 8 PM and start eating again at 12 PM the next day. It’s easier than you think—especially when you’re sleeping through half of it! We’re using the Litely app! It will be your BFF for tracking fasting hours, water intake, and even getting those "girl, is this food healthy?" alerts. Trust me, you’ll feel amazing once your body gets used to the rhythm.

Warm-up:

* Exfoliate: 2-3 times a week—gently, though! We’re removing dead skin cells, not scrubbing our face off. 🧴(I love using Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant for a smooth exfoliation and Beauty of Joseon Ground Rice and Honey Glow Mask for a more tougher exfoliation)

* Hydrate: Layer a hyaluronic acid serum (holds moisture) followed by a thick moisturizer. Hydration is key! (The Hyaluronic acid serum by Good Molecules is great and the COSRX Snail Mucin cream is a good moisturizer)

* SPF: Yes, even in fall. Sun damage happens all year long. Protect that glow! I love Korean SPF because they protect AND moisturize well.

* Do your full-body split workout. Follow the plan from earlier, and get ready to feel amazing.

* Journaling time! Take 10 minutes to reflect on your goals and progress.

Evening:

* Skincare routine to keep your face glowing even with that cold breeze. Cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize, and hit that glow.
