Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped zucchini
1 tbsp minced garlic
1lb ground beef
2 cups tomato sauce
3 cups beef broth
6 lasagna noodles broken up
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
Optional topping: 2 tbsp ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, mozzarella, parsley flakes

Instructions:
Cook onion, zucchini, and garlic till soft
Add ground beef+seasonings, cook till brown
Add tomato sauce+beef broth
Stir well
Add broken up lasagna noodles and simmer covered for 20 minutes
Add greek yogurt and serve
