My personal 2023 fitness goal this year was to grow my legs. Iโ€™ve always been prettying growing in my upper body, since from the beginning of my fitness journey Iโ€™ve learned to love my upper body. Although, I hated leg days (shocker).

Leg days began to feel so tiring and after doing my 1 out of 2 leg days a week, I would find myself skipping my second day to do an upper body workout๐Ÿคซ Coming into 2023, I knew I needed to get out of my hunch and grow this lower body.

Iโ€™m also aware 3 leg days a week is not up to everyoneโ€™s liking in the fitness world, although for me itโ€™s held me accountable to keep pushing and get uncomfortable to see any progress, and trust me Iโ€™ve made some๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป However you choose to grow is in your hands, so make the change for yourself!! Iโ€™m excited to see where this 6+ months remaining of the year takes me with my leg growth and overall growth as well. This is just the beginning๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ
