Japanese cold soba with an easy sauce recipe

A simple and refreshing cold soba recipe when you are just simply too lazy to cook!

Soba sauce ingredients:

- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 tbsp soya sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Garnishing:

- Scallion

- Seaweed flakes (optional)

Method:

1️⃣ Cook soba according to package instructions

2️⃣ Drain your noodles once cooked

3️⃣ Rinse with ice water till cool to the touch

4️⃣ Pour in soba sauce

5️⃣ Add in the white parts and green parts of scallion

6️⃣ Top with seaweed flakes

7️⃣ Mix well and enjoy! ✨
