Soba was so fresh and good - its literally made upon every order so do take note of the 30-40 min waiting time for your food to arrive π΅βπ« Usually, I wouldn't mind but we were in a rush so would have really appreciated if we were told before ordering :/ I didn't notice any signage warning against the waiting time either so π
but honestly this is THE REAL DEAL - one of the best sobas I've ever eaten in Singapore ππ» made with 100% buckwheat flour which makes the soba richer in grain flavors and achieve a smoother texture π

tempura was alright and went really well with the soba but my only complaint would be - why isn't the tempura and soba seprated?? my tempura pieces got soggy as it got dunked in the sobas sauce in the bowl as I ate π΅βπ«
