GET YOUR 2 in 1 FITNESS FIX ❋ Boxing + HIIT class

I've never been a big fan of boxing but when i attended this boxing + HIIT class — it's changed my perspective on how intense and satisfying a workout can be!! If you're looking to spend your time efficiently and getting a good sweat on, make sure you join this class!!

This is definitely going to be #MyGoTo High Intensity Workout class 😌🤍

What I love about this class:

❋ Clear routine/ rep with exercises on the screen + physical demonstration by the instructor before the rep (I'm a more visual learner + I'm quite newbie to boxing+HIIT classes so seeing the instructor carry out the exercise rly helps)

❋ Great hyped music to keep us motivated; just a great atmosphere — you feel super pumped

❋ No judgment zone — one thing I love is that instructors will come around and help you by correcting your form (they do not touch but just demonstrate in front of you so u can adjust your own form)

❋ Dimmed room w neon lights — smthng about the dark room helps me feel less judged HAHA

❋ A true full body workout — I love that my muscles were working hard and I felt like I was on a dopamine high after class!!

10/10 recommend this class to anyone trying out HIIT/ looking for a good place to get back to exercising. If you're not at your fittest, it's okay too cause you can choose lighter weights/ take it slow 🫶🏻
