Ingredients:
450g Salmon
2 tbsp Miso Paste
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
Step-by-Step:
1. Mix the Miso marinade in the proportions as mentioned in the ingredients list.
2. Lather the salmon with the Miso marinade. You can marinate for 1-2 hours (I don't recommend overnight, Miso is quite salty) or cook instantly.
3. Pan fry (skin side down first) till salmon has a nice cooked pink. *Beware of Miso paste burning!!*
