👉 Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- Rice (I used Pearl white rice but feel free to use any rice you have at home)
- Salmon
- Shitake mushrooms
- Carrots
- Miso paste
- Butter
- Light soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Lemon juice (optional)
👉 Instructions:
Step 1: Marinade your salmon but rubbing it on both sides with 2 tsp of miso + 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
Step 2: Chop your carrots and shitake mushrooms into small bite-sized pieces
Step 3: Wash your rice and add a little more water than usual
Step 4: Add your marinaded salmon and chopped veges into the pot and pour this sauce (1 tsp of miso + 2 tbsp of soy sauce + 1 tbsp of oyster sauce + 1 tbsp of sesame oil + 1 tbsp of lemon juice (optional)) in evenly
Step 5: Add one slice of butter and let your rice cooker cook (I forgot to add butter before I cooked but it’s fine bc I added immediately after it was done and let it melt for abt 5min and it was g)
Step 6: Give the entire pot a stir after your rice cooker is done cooking and that’s it!
This is literally the easiest recipe I’ve ever done and it actually tastes delicious too 😍
