Are you looking to improve your gut health and energy levels throughout the day? I started making wellness shots this year and have loved every part of it. Knowing that I am energizing my body and filling it with healthy ingredients that I am in control of is so amazing.

•Ginger contains gingerol which is full of antioxidants

•Lemon & Orange - full of Vitamin C

•Cayenne pepper - contains capsaicin, which can help stimulate metabolism to help you feel fuller longer

•Turmeric - anti inflammatory, can boost brain-derived neurotrophic factor

I have included the measurements but feel free to tweak this recipe to whatever works best for you! Sometimes I like to add more apples to make it a little sweeter.

Beware, this is a spicy shot!! But so yummy and makes me feel so good. It’s a great way to start the day.
