I'm sharing one of my favorite wellness shot recipes with you today! I drink this every morning before/after breakfast. I have been drinking this consistently for a few months now and can tell you that I've seen a huge improvement in my energy levels, my immunity and overall well-being.

You can choose to use a blender or juicer for this recipe. I personally love to use a blender because it does not get rid of the extra fiber and nutrients.
