MY ADRENAL COCKTAIL

Last year I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and high cortisol.

It was a devastating diagnosis for me.. but at the same time I had a lot of relief because I had felt bad for SO long.

Adrenal cocktails were recommended to me by my doctor to help me lower my cortisol and support my adrenal glands.

Here’s what I used:

8oz fresh squeezed OJ - has to be fresh squeezed and not processed!

1 scoop of collagen - I recommend Primal Kitchen as the brand to use

A pinch of cream of tartar and a pinch of salt!

I used my adrenal cocktails to help support my mineral and vitamin stores, especially because I often got that “midday slump” when my body was begging for more nutrients.

These are something I recommend to all of my clients with Hashimotos/high cortisol/PCOS!
