Best fresh pizza, pasta & burrata in Vietnam??!?

Apart from delicious authentic food, something everyone should try out in Vietnam is Pizza 4ps. It’s your not so average pizza place with a farm to table concept.

🍋Let’s talk about food

Before the individual reviews, let me just say it was soo good I had it twice. I am quite a picky eater plus I can’t eat pork and it’s quite hard to nail down every single ingredient in a dish but 4ps is amazing at stating the possible dietary restrictions ~

Pizzaaa~ I tried 4 different flavours - beef, scallop, just 4 cheese & salmon. The pizzas itself are homemade and baked in a proper pizza oven. All flavours were good but I especially love the beef and scallop. It isn’t really a saucy pizza but rather focuses more on the ingredients and the thin crust dough itself. Best thing is you get do a half half so you can try more than just one flavour!

Appetisers ~ I had the burrata with parma ham & fondue. I can’t really comment on the parma ham salad as I just ate the burrata which was super fresh but not oozy like those in Singapore. The fondue with roasted veg and bread was simply amazing. I am a big big fan of cheese and this was amazing. It was super well balanced - the perfect salty & creamy. The veg and bread were great complements.

Pasta ~ I had the Crab Tomato Spaghetti. This was good. However, I had it twice and both times it was abit under seasoned. It is definitely still a must get as its super fresh and just a up to standard dish. You can add salty and pepper on the side.

🍋Let’s talk about Service and ambience

Service is honestly amazing. Everyone speaks English and is super friendly especially to foreigners. It was bit of a wait the second time I went and they served cheese and water while waiting. The vibes of the place was great too super aesthetic for photos ~

Generally a very affordable yet high quality pizza place. Do make Reservations if you are going as its very crowded at times. 10/10 would go again and would recommend to anyone ~
