I go to this pizza place every time I visit 🇻🇳

Pizza 4Ps is one of the places I always visit when I go to Vietnam. It was first recommended to me by my colleagues when I was there for a work trip many years ago. It’s that good that my Italian colleagues swear that it’s comparable or better than most pizzas back home.

This time, we visited Pizza 4P’s Lê Thánh Tôn (their biggest outlet) as we didn’t make a reservation and decided to walk in. Here’s what we tried:

🍕 Chicken teriyaki and burrata parma ham pizza

💰 Price: VND 218k (SGD 12) for chicken teriyaki (full pizza) and VND 298k (SGD 17) for burrata (full pizza)

You can choose to order a full pizza or mix it up. We decided to go with a half half of teriyaki chicken and burrata parma ham margarita flavours. The parma ham pizza was yums and super worth it because the burrata was huge! Chicken teriyaki left much to be desired.

🍝 Crab tomato cream spaghetti with ricotta cheese

💰 Price: VND 248k (SGD 14)

The crab pasta slaps. The spaghetti was cooked al dente and served with the crab shell. The crab meat was fresh and paired well with the tomato cream sauce.

🦑 Grilled squid with mango salsa and tacos

💰 Price: Seasonal item

The dish was served with grilled squid, a tangy mango salsa and some tacos by the side. Loved how all the flavours came together nicely but tacos were disappointing.

🍰 Tiramisu with mascarpone & house-roasted coffee

💰 Price: VND 88k (SGD 5)

The tiramisu was served in a deconstructed manner with the cake served in multiple pieces and chocolate powder sprinkled on top. The tiramisu was rather dry and disappointing.

🍫 Fondant chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream

💰 Price: VND 84k (SGD 5)

The chocolate fondant came accompanied with some vanilla ice cream. The fondant was watery and not amazing in my opinion. The vanilla ice cream was the saving grace of the dish.

🧀 4 cheese dessert plate

💰 Price: VND 105k (SGD 6)

The dessert came with 4 types of cheese ice cream. The cheese ice cream was rather unique as it was savoury instead of sweet. Definitely get it if you are a cheese fan!

🍹 We also ordered a classic mojito for VND 128k (SGD 7) and kagua roast ale for VND 39k (SGD 4.50) to go along with the meal.

👍 Verdict: Go for the pizzas (especially with burrata) and crab pasta but skip the desserts.
