PIZZA 4P’S - best pizza place ever (no cap) 🍕

Absolutely loved this Italian place in Ho Chi Minh. Heart many reviews about it and I get the hype now! Good food, service, & ambience 😍 We sat at a bar table and we could watch the chefs preparing our pizzas from scratch - it was like overcooked, but live ✨

🍕Pizza - burrata prosciutto & scallops🍕

- we opted for the half and half pizza so we could try 2 different flavours!

- The burrata was SO FRESH and they gave us a full burrata despite it only being half. The prosciutto wasn’t too porky nor dry, i loved this pizza!

- Scallops were juicy and tasty too

🍝Crab Tomato Pasta🍝

- al dente pasta and fresh crab meat yum!

- almost everyone orders this when they’re here i think, but we heard the pesto pasta is great too

🍗Fried Chicken🍗

- juicy and succulent chicken which was a good change of palette amongst the italian dishes

- can get to try if you wanted a side!

🥂Drinks - sangria & natural sake🥂

- yummy sangria! fragrant and not too diluted

- first time trying natural sake, it was sweet and easy to drink

Food & drinks: 5/5 everything was delish and the menu is so huge, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Ambience: 5/5 one of my favourite dining experiences because we could watch our pizza being prepared in the wood-fire oven 🍕 the interior is very vibey too - perfect for a firsr date

Overall: 5/5 a must go when youre in hcm!!! 🫶🏻✨
