Bistec A La Mexicana

1.5lbs meat of choice

Black pepper

Meat seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Beef bouillon

Tomato bouillon

Roma tomatoes

Jalapeños

1/2 white onion

1 russet potato

Can of Pato sauce

Season meat with all seasonings listed

Slice the tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion

Dice the potato

Cook the meat leaving some of the juices in the pan. Add sliced veggies, potato, 1 can pato sauce and 1 can of water.

Cover & cook for 15 minutes or until potato is tender.

Once done add chopped cilantro.
