As someone who used to take forever to fall asleep, here are three tips that have helped me fall asleep in the matter of seconds.
1- splashing water on your face then splashing water on your feet/ washing them. Not sure the reasoning behind it, but this works for me. 🤷♀️
2- I like to read my kindle before bed and often times fall asleep while reading it.
3- 4-7-8 breathing excersize. Start by closing your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of 4. Then hold your breath for a count of 7 and finally slowly exhale through your mouth for a count of 8.
