Are you aspiring to become one of those girls that wakes up at 5AM and seems to have her whole life together?? I used to be one of those girls that slept in as late as possible, but now I’ve joined the 5AM club and I have some tips to share!

1) Make sure you are still getting enough sleep. The recommended amount is between 7-9 hours, so find what works best for you! I found that I need at least 8 hours of sleep to feel rested, which means I’m in bed before 9PM at night.

2) Schedule a workout in the morning. Having a reason to wake up early gives you the motivation to actually get up and out of bed. Pick something you enjoy so you’re actually excited to get up!

3) Avoid caffeine after 12PM. Caffeine can stay in your system for up to 10 hours, so you want to make sure it’s all gone by the time you’re ready for bed.
