fortunately, I was one that had it. I say, fortunately, because I ate a lot, and very unhealthy. When I was pregnant, I was always hungry even after I had a meal. I remember one time I ate a Philly cheesesteak and a chicken Parmesan sandwich back to back. No joke

One of the thing I learned through my pregnancy Is a good well balanced diet and exercising was the best for my GD. when I say exercise, I don’t mean being a gym girly I mean at least walking maybe some home exercises. during my pregnancy, I personally couldn’t handle carbs. I would overload on carbs quite a lot, so for me no carbs was the best option. I had a meal plan and everyday planned out so I could get some sort of movement at least once a day.
