Today I wanna share you 3 simple meal prep protein edition, and I choose chicken for the protein!
1. Chicken katsu
What you need:
100gr chicken breast, beaten egg, bread crumbs, all purpose flour (seasoning with salt and pepper)
Step:
First, Marinated chicken breast with oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper, let it sit for a moment.
Coat the chicken with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Then, Store in a container or thin wall.
2. Roasted sesame dressing chicken
What you need:
100gr chicken thigh, seasoning: 2tbsp roasted sesame dressing, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper , 2tsp oregano, 1tbsp oyster sauce
Step:
Marinated chicken thigh with all of the seasoning!
Then, Store in a container or thin wall.
3. Spicy chicken wings
What you need:
100gr chicken wings, seasoning: minced 1clove garlic, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 2tsp chilli powder, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp sesame oil.
Step:
Marinated chicken wings with all of the seasoning!
Then, Store in a container or thin wall.
