OLAF was a waste of my money 😔😔

as a HUGE fan of joker xue, i was really excited to attend OLAF as i havent seen joker xue since his concert in jan 🥺🥺🥺 but this festival was rly disappointing for me overall 😭 ok lemme just talk about some pros before all the cons!

1. i went for general admission but was still relatively close to the stage compared to regular concerts if i paid the same price!

2. provided fans and ponchos during admission to cater for the weather

3. the singers were SOOO good 🥺❣️❣️

ok now to the cons:

1. fans/ponchos were not advertised so many people already brought their own (waste of space in my bag 😭😭😭)

2. encouraged everyone to buy food/drinks but it was so hard to handle while squeezing for better view of the singers

3. my armband ran out of battery halfway through the concert 😭😭😭

4. they placed the less known performers in front and gave them tons of time -> rushed the last few performers (that people were actually here to see… 😔) kit chan had to cut one song & joker xue cut short his talking time (WHICH IS MY FAV PART OF HIS PERFORMANCES 😫😫😫)

5. even though they were short on time, they insisted on playing advertisements of their sponsors in between each performer (AND EACH ONE WAS 5min+ long…. it was torturous 😭 felt like an hour)

6. after the event, there was no proper instructions on where to go… and they only opened one exit so we had to queue with a giant crowd… it was so stuffy and the crowd wasnt moving 😭😭😭 one of the ushers even scolded someone who was asking why it was so chaotic 😳😳

overall, i dont think i will go back again…. unless im rich enough for the vip seats behind 🤭🤭
