Results of my colonoscopy

Hi guys sorry for the long wait!! Okay so I went to review and follow up with my doctor. The results shows that everything was normal, and probably me having IBS( irritable bowel syndrome). So before he prescribe me with medication, he asked: what makes you the most uncomfortable? is it keeps going to the toilet or constipated. Of course I told him keeps going to the toilet. So he prescribe some medication that can ease the diahhrea and 6 months worth of probiotics supplements for healthy gut. Now that I started this probiotics, I don’t seem to go toilet that much often and I guess it was a good thing? But one thing for sure is I felt weird because of the sudden change in my bowel movement. I may poop once in the morning and then no more bowel movement until the next day. So I’m not sure is it a good thing or bad thing. But this was after 1 week of consuming it.

Now that I’ve taken about 2 weeks, I see no difference in the probiotics. I still goes toilet about a few times a day🤷🏼‍♀️
