Traditional michelin star dim sum in HK 🇭🇰

📍 The one Michelin star restaurant is located at Eaton hotel (quite upscale) and decorated with classy Chinese style interiors.

😋 Here’s what we tried:

- Deep fried taro puffs with assorted seafood (HKD 38)

- Baked barbecue pork puff pastry with walnut (HKD 48)

- Baked chicken puff pastry with whole abalone (HKD 80)

- Steamed squid with garlic sauce (HKD 68)

- Shrimp dumplings with bamboo shoot (HKD 38)

- Pork dumplings with scallop and shrimp (HKD 38)

- Shanghai dumplings with minced pork (HKD 48)

- Glutinous rice with chicken in lotus leaf (HKD 38)

- Deep-fried custard puff pastry with egg yolk (HKD 48)

- Chilled mango sago cream with pomelo (HKD 58)

🫖 Free flow tea costs HKD 28 per pax

💰 In total, we spent HKD 614 (SGD 106) in total including taxes and it’s quite reasonable considering we ordered 10 dishes and it’s at an upscale one Michelin star dim sum restaurant.
