i recently posted a what i eat in a day high protein edition ❣️and i decided why not share some high protein foods so that you can enjoy some high protein meals too🤩!
below are some of my favourite high protein foods!
➡️quinoa✨ 1 cup of cooked quinoa provides 8g of protein
➡️greek yogurt🙌 one container of greek yogurt provides 20g of protein
➡️eggs🥚 1 large egg provides 6g of protein
➡️chicken breast🐓 half a chicken breast provides 26g of protein
➡️almonds🥜 30g of almonds provides 6g of protein
➡️milk🥛 1 cup of milk provides 8g of protein
➡️fish🐟 half a salmon fillet provides 30g of protein
➡️shellfish🍤 1 serving of prawns provides 20g of protein
as a guideline, aim to eat 1.6-2.2g of protein/kg of your bodyweight ⚡
