90 Day Transformation 🌸

I'm committed to a 90-day transformation 🦋. On this journey, I intend to grow closer with God. I grew up in the Church and accepted Christ at a young age but over the years I’ve slacked off. I’ll focus on the 8 topics listed to help me along my path. 🫶🏽

💙My weight fluctuates A LOT 😒. I’ll do good till I reach my goal then it’s all downhill from there. This time I’m committing to a 90-day healthy lifestyle change and hopefully the weight loss will come with it! Anyone looking for an accountability partner? 🫣

I have good days and bad days 💚. Over the next 90 days, I’m committing to taking action to improve my mental health. My employer offers FREE counseling, I’m going to stop being so hard on myself and take advantage of the services. 💕 I pray by sharing my commitment to myself I can inspire someone in need. 🙏🏽
