Gluten Free Flour 1-to-1 - I've tested Bob's Red mill, King Arthur Flour and recently Caputo flour - the Caputo gives you the highest rise but uses gluten free wheat starch so if you have a wheat allergy (totally different from a gluten allergy although they constantly overlap) skip this

instant yeast

sugar

cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces

garlic, finely minced

sprigs rosemary, chopped and stems removed

110°F-120°F water

extra virgin olive oil
