Delicious Weight Loss Shake

**My Weight loss/protein shake**

Ingredients:

(1/2 or 1 Cup of Water)

(1/2 or 1 cup of whole milk or almond milk)

(1 Banana)

(1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of Biscoff Cookie Butter)

(1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup)

(1 or 2 scoops of total soy vanilla weight loss shake or any vanilla protein shake you like)

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend

Add to mason jar or your favorite cup and enjoy🩷

I swear it taste just like a banana pudding shake🍌😋😋
