Week 1:
(Towards the end of the week I started adding turkey burgers and salads into my diet)
Breakfast- 3 egg white 3oz oatmeal
Snack- protein shake
Lunch- 4oz chicken, 5oz broccoli, 2oz rice/sweet potato
Snack- protein shake
Dinner- 4oz chicken, 5oz broccoli, 2oz rice/sweet potato
Snack- protein shake
Eat meals every 2-3hrs
80oz of water a day
Black coffee and unsweetened tea are allowed
No sauces
Any seasonings
Balsamic or oil and vinegar only for dressings
I just wanted to also put out there I did no exercise throughout the week! I’ve lost 8 pounds strictly using portion control and cutting out sugar and low sodium. I know this diet isn’t for everyone and it is very intense but I’ve felt better than ever and my bloating has gone away! I decided not to do any exercise this week due to the fact my body was detoxing and I wasn’t feeling the best but now that I’m back to normal, I’ll be starting exercise this upcoming week!
