Hi — I’m Jenn, a certified personal trainer who trains her clients online and at the gym. I want to walk you through a 4-week NO GYM workout plan that can be for anyone and can be done anywhere!

There are 4 weeks left in 2023 🙊 Here is your no-excuse workout plan that can be done at home, at a hotel, at the gym (if you want to) or at your friends house! All you need is your body, a yoga mat, a timer and a water bottle!

If you need to modify any of the jumping movements; perform regular squats instead of squat jumps and/or instead of split squat jumps you can do reverse alternating lunges. If a forearm plank is too hard, drop to your knees instead and perform an extended knee plank.

Tap into your fitness era NOW before 2024 arrives and set aside 30min each day for the next 4 weeks to get your heart rate up, feel strong and create a healthy habit.
