i keep thinking about this jb bak ku teh store…🤤

whenever I come to jb, I crave bak ku teh just because it’s so so good and cheap here!!! here’s one of the better bak ku teh places I’ve been to!!! and let me tell you… I finished almost 2 bowls of rice in this meal 🤪

📍Ah Soon Bak Ku Teh (near KSL)

this place is super hot 🥵 because their kitchen is outside and the place looks like they serve really traditional bak ku teh!!!! They don’t have a menu and literally only serve 2 items on the menu — sesame oil chicken & bak ku teh! they also have youtiao and salted veggies as sides!

for 4 pax, we ordered 1 bak ku teh & sesame oil chicken and it was SUPER filling + its only $8+ for each of us???? 🤤

anyways just a side note that the bak ku teh served here is herbal not pepper-y but it’s quite light in terms of the herbal taste which was quite palatable for me! so if you want something that has heavier herbal taste, then maybe this won’t be the one for you hehe! also this place is superr near KSL, so perfect if you want to go get a meal after massage/nails! 😉
