❄️Here’s my Winter Arc rules…

I’ve been seeing this on TikTok & Lemon8 and figured why not? I like the idea of working towards your New Year glow up BEFORE January 1st! It’s really good to get into the routine now and maintain it than to wait until 1/1 and (most likely) not see it through.

💧I also found the app WaterLlama that super cute and helps me track my water intake - you also have the option to plug in your weight/height/activity level/environment temp and it’ll calculate your daily hydration goal for you, thought that was pretty cool. And as you fill up, your animal (many options) reflect that as well!
