Here's what I did/am doing:
1. Taking supplements!!
Protein powders help me so much to reach my protein goal- good brands i recommend, Raw x Bum, Ekkovision, Ryse, Ghost
Creatine- just make sure to drink plenty of water with this! I mix mine in with my shakes so I can't taste the funky flavor
2. Prioritize protein!!
You've heard it a million times, but it really works. Especially if you are very active. I usually stick to lean meats (fish, turkey, chicken), eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese
3. Train Hard!!
I meet with a personal trainer, which helps you get in the routine of what movements to do. I will watch tiktoks too if feeling unsure about what workouts to do. But set up a plan that works best for you!!
4. Set Goals!!
Make your effort pay off. Eat enough, train hard, drink lots of water, get in your steps/cardio. Set up a plan that works best for you!! My preferred approach is weightlifting 4/5x a week and incorporate an intense cardio workout 2/3x a week!
