Too fat ☹️😢to get a breast reduction

Just venting :

I went to get a breast reduction and got sent to get bariatric surgery ….

I’m so sad about it I have 6 months to loose 100 lbs

I’ve waited so long for this moment and they said no i understand it but it doesn’t mean it doesn’t frustrate me a little. I can’t get my insurance to approve weight loss medication but they’ll approve bariatric surgery. I’ve been working out with changing my eating and seeing minimal change but I feel like all the work is for nothing. I really don’t know what to do at this point. So this weekend I’m just staying in the bed. 🛌
