• fire hydrants,
• lying lateral reg raise,
• and lying side leg lifts
into my workouts at least 3 times a week and my boyfriend says the shape has completely changed and in the second pic i can even see its rounded out and that’s pretty early into my gym journey.
Squats are a go to for me when i’m hitting lower body because they target too much and there’s a wide range of variations. I’ve started incorporating reverse lunges as-well because THEY HURT SO GOOD and i feel the burn throughout my legs and 🍑.
Cable kicks and I have a love hate relationship😐 they are a great way to individually target the gluteus muscle but it takes a little time to figure out foot positions and angles!!
