How stoping birth control pill ruined my life 💔

I’ve been taking birth control pill due to my PCOS syndrome that was recommended by gynae. I took for a good 2 years. And let me tell you how flawless my skin was. Finally one day , I was tired of the pill as I was constantly depressed and tired I stopped for good.

After stoping for 3 months , my skin started to break out terribly. I keep crying day and night cause I’ve never had acne this bad for my entire life and this is the first time.

In my conclusion , do not ever take any pill it ruins your hormone 💔
