Its a bit of an awareness so that you can take the STEPS NOW before dah terlambat sebab PCOS ni usually orang dapat tahu masa nak get pregnant after they get married :β(((

πLast few years, I was officially diagnosed to have PCOS. No, Iβm not yet married. The reasons why I dapat tahu pun Sebab dermatologist I yang beritahu about my Hirutism (excess hair dekat muka i)
πDerm i refer to gynae. I went to the clinic and the doctor officially diagnosed me with PCOS.
πI started birth control pills to regulate back my hormones AND my period.
πOngoinf 6 months I tak tahan sebab, period okay tapi side effects teruk sangat. It was so bad I macam orang mengandung tapi tak ππ
πWorst? Weight I start naik mendadak. I tak banyak makan benda manis or etc but my weight shot up like crazy.
πMy feelings masa baru dapat tahu?
πI cried. Perasaan bila doctor cakap βawak mungkin akan susah mengandungβ hits me like a truck. Ya I belum kahwin, and I didnβt even know I wanted kids, but when I was told I possibly CANT have themβ¦ it broke something in me.
πStruggle dengan weight. Disebabkan my meds dari duluβ¦.. weight i naik mendadak and it stressed me out. Worst bila pergi clinic and dapat doctors yang tak memahami.
πI pernah kena comment dengan this WOMAN doctor bila dia nak bagi surat refer ke gynae hospital pakar kerajaan βala kes you ni mesti they tak take priority sebab u are not married. Better u lose weight dulu baru pergiβ . Hmm lowkey masatu i lagi teruk.
πDepression. Officially diagnosed but pcos was one or the reasons too ://

Macam banyak sangat benda nak share in 1 post and I akan gradually share about this because being in my late 20s it affects me sometimes but now I dah mula menerima benda ni. The first step is to acknowledge the problem and after that comes the solution.
For those who baru dapat tahu and still in denial, its okay. Take ur time. Things like this memang ambil masa nak hadam so take one thing at a time. Right now, Iβm in a happier place and I akan share what I eat to help me regulate back my hormones naturally :))
