INGREDIENTS
Spicy sausage
Bacon 🥓
Shredded Parmesan
Heavy whipping cream
Butter 🧈
Chicken broth
Garlic 🧄
Onion 🧅
Russet potatoes 🥔
Kale 🥬
Breadsticks
Seasoning: salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Rinse/ cut all vegetables: onion (chopped), potatoes (chunks), garlic (minced), kale (de-stem & cut in big chunks [kale shrinks up]).
2. In a pot on medium, steam kale half way. Then turn on low-medium.
3. Reuse the pot for potatoes. Boil water then add in chunks of potatoes. Boil until soft, then remove.
4. In 2 skillets, cook your sausage and bacon until done.
5. Pre heat the oven for breadsticks (instructions on the back of box). Cook breadsticks.
6. In a pot on low- medium heat, add kale, potatoes, whipping cream (2 cups), sausage, bacon, onions, garlic and chicken broth (4-6 cups).
7. Let the meats grease soak into the soup, then add Parmesan cheese (1/2 bag to a bag).
8. Grab you a bowl and spoon, and dig right on in because food is served.
