Hummus is a great source of nutrients, plant-based protein, heart healthy fats, & fiber. It is good for your skin, bones, digestion & blood sugar.

Dinner: Veggie Omelette & Hummus 🍳

Depending on the veggies used in a vegetable omelette the benefits can change. Cooking vegetables makes it easier for your body to process nutrients & digest food better. Eggs offer complete protein, amino acids, good cholesterol & nutrients. They are beneficial to your bones, hearts, eyes, & hair.
