We all know how fast her bakes run out, it’s even more competitive than Taylor Swift tickets 🥺

𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙭 ($39.80)

𝙋𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚

- Pistachio paste was super rich like nut butter with a deep roastiness, encased in pistachio mousse which had a lighter texture, definitely my fav 🫶🏼

- Pistachio feulletine at the bottom which was so crunchy, loved the different layers of pistachio elements!

- Topped with yuzu jelly which gave a citrusy tanginess and miso caramel cream that provided a slight sweetness though it was a bit too creamy. [9.5/10]

𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩

- Matcha chantilly was very smooth and airy with a bittersweet umami and perfect intensity!

- Enjoyed the various textures from the chunky macadamia paste to the crisp matcha feulletine and the buttery tart shell which wasn’t crumbly. [9/10]

𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙖

- Black sesame paste was so nutty and generous, pairing well with the fragrant granola which had a bit of black sesame graininess I liked.

- Black sesame panna cotta infused with oat milk was incredibly creamy and melted in the mouth 😋

- Peach gum balanced the prominent earthy nuttiness with a jelly-like consistency. [8/10]

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤

- Taro was pure although overpowered by the strong tea flavour from the cream and cake 🍠

- Macadamia cashew butter had a unique natural sweetness, a good combination reminding me of chestnuts!

- Genmaicha chiffon was quite dry though. [7/10]
