Hello loves! So today i nak share my 1 week workout plan. So i follow sydnney cummings punya program for free! I lost almost 12kg! Believe it or not 😋 Workout + diet! The result 🤍🤩
So my workout plan consist of upper body, HIIT, Cardio, Lower body, and only one day rest day. so basically i workout 5 days rest 1 day and continue. U kena ada rest for your muscle to rest & recover. Also listen to your body, Let say if you can only do 4 days pun ok je, the most important thing kena consistent. Kalau consistent, trust me you'll get the result.
1 week workout plan 🗓
Monday - Full body HIIT
Tuesday - Cardio HIIT
Wednesday - But & Thighs HIIT
Thursday - Upper Body Strength Builder
Friday - Full Body Burnout Workout
Saturday - Rest day
Sunday - Full Body Strength Workout
