INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups milk of choice (I use raw cows milk)
- Β½ cup organic maple syrup
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add in dry ingredients and combine.
3. Fold in blueberries.
4. Pour into a baking dish (I used 8" x 8").
5. Add additional blueberries on top if you'd like.
6. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
7. Let cool and enjoy!π©΅
