i’ve been looking for a substitution for my afternoon coffee that would help with energy levels but not mess with my sleep or make me more anxious at the end of the day. i kept hearing about these adrenal (or cortisol) cocktails and decided to try it for myself!

this is my first time making one, so not sure yet about how much it helps yet but i can say, it sure is refreshing! and the nutrients and minerals are good for your body!
