This was a dish I grew up with! It’s my mom’s signature dish which I miss, now that I’ve moved out 🥲 So it was only timely to learn how to make this silky steamed cod which literally melts in your mouth!!
👩🍳Here’s how to make it
📝 Ingredients:
- Cod fish
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 2 tbs soya sauce
- 1/2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Steps:
- Pat dry cod fish and season with salt on both sides
- Fry chopped garlic till golden brown
- Mix soya sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
- Drizzle over fish and steam for 10 mins
- Add the fried garlic on top of the fish and garnish with spring onion
