There's no easy solution or magic pill for losing weight or getting fit and I really hate doing cardio workouts. so this is #MyGoTo cardio workout and the only one that I do not hate.

๐ Combined with a healthy diet and calorie deficit, it can also promote healthy weight loss. ๐ซ (which is something that I'm currently working on ๐)
All you gotta do is to set your treadmill to an incline of 12 and a speed of 3 miles per hour (4.828km per hour for us in Singapore) and then walk for 30 minutes. ๐โโ๏ธ
I tweaked mine a little to reach my ideal heart rate which is zone 2 or 3. ๐ซ
I also add this on to my strength program in the gym for so I hope to see optimal results soon ๐ช
