There's no easy solution or magic pill for losing weight or getting fit and I really hate doing cardio workouts. so this is #MyGoTo cardio workout and the only one that I do not hate.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธThis is called the 12-3-30 treadmill workout its an effective way to increase aerobic fitness, burn calories, boost your mood, and improve your heart health while engaging muscles in your lower body.

๐ŸŽ Combined with a healthy diet and calorie deficit, it can also promote healthy weight loss. ๐Ÿซ‘ (which is something that I'm currently working on ๐Ÿ˜)

All you gotta do is to set your treadmill to an incline of 12 and a speed of 3 miles per hour (4.828km per hour for us in Singapore) and then walk for 30 minutes. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

I tweaked mine a little to reach my ideal heart rate which is zone 2 or 3. ๐Ÿซ€

I also add this on to my strength program in the gym for so I hope to see optimal results soon ๐Ÿ’ช
