the ambience at the cafe: the space is surrounded with lots of natural daylight shining down from the ceiling.

🍝𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙬𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚($23+)
this is a must-try when visiting this cafe! worth every penny of money! the hefty portion of salmon was cooked perfectly, slight crisp on the skin and medium-well tender flesh. the pasta has a good al-dente texture the brown butter sauce coated every strand of noodle so evenly that was worth every bite! Intriguing combination of tastes and textures!
🍝𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙚 ($25+)
al-dente pasta tossed in rich and flavourful lobster bisque, topped with chunks of crab meat, cherry tomatoes, and tobiko, served with 4 pieces of pan-seared firm scallop. honestly, this dish did not quite suit my liking so i wouldn’t recommend getting this pasta.

super loved this side dish!! It was so addictive 😋 tossed with shio & brown butter mayo which compliments the light crunch and smokiness of the Brussel Sprouts; with pickled beetroot slices that helped in balancing the flavour; with bonito flakes & tobiko.
💲the prices were steep but rightfully so!
