Recently I’ve been looking to expand my list of healthy/ easy-to-prep/ lost cost meal! If you’re looking for a healthy, low-kcal and filling meal, here’s one for you!
Banana Oatmeal Pancake:
1 portion - 330 calories
Ingredients:
• 1 Banana 🍌 (~100 kcals)
• 50g Oats (~150 kcals)
• 1 egg 🥚(~80 kcals)
Optional:
• Dollop of yogurt (I use Chobani Greek yogurt)
• 0 kcal sweetener/ honey 🍯
Mix all the ingredients together and pan-fry! That’s all ^_^
