hello friends!!! i tried my best to compile what i ate during my weight loss journey😋 found most of these recipes online when & didn’t know much🤣 but these are the things i ate most often:
✨Breakfast✨ —— overnight oats
I’ll usually make these enough for 2-3 days & it’s rlly easy to make! just mix all the ingredients above & drizzle honey & peanut butter, then throw in fruits & nuts on top 😋 leave it in the fridge & tadaaa! you have your breakfast ready for the next few days🍯🥛

gurls this NEVER GOES WRONG!! 💯💯
i usually use air-fried chicken breast as you don’t have to use oil at all & i felt that it was healthier i guess🤷♀️ remember to marinate with paprika, garlic powder, salt to taste! 🌯
scramble some eggs & smush some avacados as well~
you can add wtv veggies uw or even a different protein! but i eat v limited veggies bcuz i’m quite picky so i didn’t add tomatoes / cucumbers but you sure can!!🫔🌯

this can be a breakfast/lunch thing but it’s up to you! use healthier choice bread & soft boil your eggs for the runny texture 🤤🤤🤤 & just spread avacado on ur bread! ez game, v fast done one! rlly delicious as well😋
—— sautéed prawns & brocolli;
ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS?!?!?? salt & season with wtv you wish, then use olive oil to cook them on a pan~ then it’s ready!! 🦐🥦
—— sweet potato, chicken & brocolli.
recently saw this recipe online & it’s such a perfect meal to bring out as a lunchbox to work/school🤤
season the sweet potatoes & throw them into the oven at 205 deg celsius for 30-50mins (depending on how big it is), air fry ur chicken & boil the brocolli!
dump it into a box and your lunch is done😋🍠
