I recently started suffering from reoccurring migraines, with my longest streak being one migraine a day for nearly 3 MONTHS! :(

Over time, I’ve been able to sense what patterns in my behavior seem to trigger migraines, and a lot of it revolves around stress (specifically straining on my eyes, head and shoulders from blue light).

My phone became my worst enemy, especially when endlessly scrolling on social media during the hours leading up to my bed time.

I recently came across this setting on my iPhone that decreased blue light during certain pre-chosen hours of the day. Originally, I set it to only a few hours a day to test it out and get used to the new warm hue of my screen.

However, I quickly realized how much it did for me and my migraines when I turned on this setting earlier in the day, and especially during the time I spend scrolling on my phone before bed!

Before, I could feel my migraine forming after scrolling in bed for only 10+ minutes. Now, I can scroll a lot longer and avoid the debilitating pain that often wakes me up at 5am thanks to my scrolling habits the night before.
