3 non negotiables to ensure i hit my goals🤌🏼

1. even if i’m not counting macros i keep rough track of my protein intake. i live an active enough lifestyle that fueling my body properly is essential to my mental and physical success and performance

2. if i say im going to show up, its not an option to not show up and cheat myself. i will show up regardless of the quality of movement or execution of the plan. showing up for yourself keeps you accountable and in a routine!!!

3. without a healthy relationship fitness and nutrition can be a weapon instead of a tool… maintaining a healthy relationship with both and not abusing the power they can hold is key.
